How to pay on TutinGo?
Student, parent or tutor: here is how lesson payments work, step by step
The basics
Online payment
The lesson is paid when you book it, by bank card, PayPal or with your TutinGo wallet balance. The booking is confirmed as soon as the payment is accepted.
Cash paid to the tutor
You can also choose to pay the tutor in cash. For an in-person lesson, you pay by hand during the lesson; for an online lesson, you send a proof of payment that the tutor confirms.
Payment methods
The methods offered depend on the currency of your quote: in dirhams (MAD), Payzone bank card, wallet and cash; in euros (€), PayPal, wallet and cash.
| Method | How? | When is it confirmed? |
|---|---|---|
| Bank card (Payzone) | Pay for a lesson in dirhams or top up your wallet with a CMI, Visa or Mastercard card, on the secure Payzone page. | Immediately |
| PayPal | Pay for a lesson in euros or top up your wallet with a PayPal account or an international card. | Immediately |
| Bank transfer | Transfer to one of our accounts, then enter the transfer reference. | After verification (24 to 48 h) |
| Cash to the tutor | In-person lesson: paid by hand during the lesson. Online lesson: pay the tutor, then send a proof of payment. | In person: at the end of the lesson. Online: as soon as the tutor confirms the proof. |
The wallet balance is kept in dirhams. If you top up in euros, the amount is converted at the fixed rate shown before payment. Minimum top-up: 50 MAD.

Lessons paid online
- The student or parent pays by card, PayPal or with their wallet.
- You have no money to collect.
- Once the lesson is completed, your earnings (lesson price minus the 20% commission) are credited to your tutor wallet, from which you can request a withdrawal.
Cash received directly
- In-person lesson: you collect the payment by hand during the lesson.
- Online lesson: the student sends you a proof of payment; you check it, then confirm or reject the payment from "Cash payments".
- By confirming, you acknowledge that you received the money: you are then responsible for it.
Commission on lessons paid in cash
- When the lesson is completed, the TutinGo commission (20% of the lesson price) is deducted from your tutor wallet.
- If your balance is not enough, it becomes negative: the commission remains due.
- Your next top-up or your next earnings cover this amount first.
Every deduction appears in your wallet history and you are notified of it.
Only confirm a cash payment once you have actually received the money.
Secure payments
Card payments are made on Payzone's secure page and PayPal payments on PayPal's website: TutinGo never sees or stores your card details.
TutinGo will never ask for your card PIN or your password.
